With 20 years of experience in battery recycling, Peter has founded and successfully sold multiple recycling companies. He was previously Director of Recycling Strategy at Northvolt, Europe's most sustainable battery producer, and served as CEO of Hydrovolt, Europe's largest LIB recycler.

Production Manager
With 20 years of experience in the recycling industry, Fredrik Eriksson has played a key role in scaling battery recycling operations. As a former R&D pilot site manager for one of Europe’s leading battery producers, he brings hands-on expertise in industrial process optimization and entrepreneurship in recycling technologies.

Project Manager Europe
Experienced Process Engineer with a proven track record in project management and process optimization within the battery recycling and FMCG sectors. Developed, implemented and optimized the project management platform of an EPC engineering house that specializes in CAPEX projects. Developed and implemented a daily production tracker with dynamic real-time production and maintenance insights, that is still in use, for Hydrovolt, Europe's largest LIB recycler.

Director - Italy
A visionary investor and manager in the fields of batteries, recycling, and renewable energy. He has served on the boards of various companies within these industries and has been a member and consultant for the Italian association ANIE (Batteries and Energy) as well as IFI (Italian Industry of Solar Energy). Throughout his career, he has consistently pursued business activities with a strong commitment to sustainable impact, human rights, and environmental responsibility.

Finance Director
The Finance Director for Regenerate Technology is a Chartered Accountant with Big 4 audit experience. They have previously headed finance for various businesses within top-tier investment banks, as well as heavily backed startups and large scale-ups.

Research Associate
A Cambridge Research Fellow since 1999, Dr. Tomov holds a PhD from the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences and is an expert in nanostructured electrodes, energy storage, and recycling technologies. With over 70 published papers and experience as a Guest Editor of the Nanomaterials Journal, his work contributes to cutting-edge advancements in battery chemistry and performance enhancement.

Sr. Scientist
A retired professor from Cambridge University, Prof. Kumar is a world-renowned scientist with over 350 published papers, 18 patents, and multiple books and book chapters. He is the inventor of the background Intellectual Property that underpins Regenerate’s core technology, contributing decades of pioneering research in battery material science.

Research Associate
Holding a PhD in Physics from the University of Surrey, Dr. Page specializes in optics, lasers, semiconductors, and Terahertz systems. With over 15 years of experience across R&D, entrepreneurial, and academic settings, he plays a crucial role in refining advanced battery technologies for commercial scalability.

Research Associate
Dr. Yiao earned his PhD in Materials Science & Metallurgy from Cambridge University, focusing on hydrometallurgical processing of lead-acid battery materials. As an EPSRC Fellow in Professor Kumar’s research group, he has worked on enhancing battery recycling techniques to maximize material recovery and performance.
