With a track record of advising companies listed on NASDAQ and the London Stock Exchange, he has successfully led hundreds of millions of dollars in financings and M&A transactions.

Cofounder & Chief Technology Officer
Dr. Fox is a PhD graduate in Chemistry from Cambridge University and a leading expert in technology scale-up, cleantech innovation, and patent development. As the co-founder and former CEO of Ever Resource, he played a key role in advancing next-generation battery recycling technology and is a co-inventor of Regenerate’s core technology. His research in lithium-ion battery sustainability has been widely published, further cementing his authority in the field.

With nearly 20 years of experience in recycling technologies, waste management, and logistics, Miles co-founded Ever Resource. He previously served as a Director at ECOBAT, the world’s largest recycler of lead, and grew a startup battery recycling company to £6M GBP turnover in just four years.

Chief Financial Officer
An expert in financial strategy and corporate growth, Anders has served as CFO in both publicly traded and private equity-backed companies. He was a founding team member and CFO of Europe’s largest lithium-ion battery recycler, Infinion, and has chaired or held board positions in over 30 companies across 15 countries.

Chief Commerical Officer
Committed to sustainability, ambitious and driven to develop the battery industry. Spent a decade at the forefront of recycling batteries reducing environmental impact while maximizing resource recovery. Leader in sustainable recycling and resource recovery solutions with a proven track record in strategic business development and international trade. Teamplayer/builder with expertise in creation of robust supply chains and innovative commercial strategies.

Marketing and Brand Director
Accomplished background in marketing, operations, and sustainable supply chain sourcing. Founder of Haus of Z, an eco-fashion brand focused on sourcing materials from the Peruvian Amazon. Bachelor of Environmental Policy and International Politics. His principal activities are in battery supply chain and business development.

Board Director
Dennis Brown retired from Interstate Battery in 2016 after holding positions of Chief Marking Officer and Head of Supply Chain. Prior to Interstate, Dennis was a critical part of JCI’s global OEM growth and expansion. He became the Executive responsible for Sears.

Bringing over 25 years of corporate development experience, Edward has worked across finance, mergers and acquisitions, investor relations, and regulatory compliance. He has advised and held leadership positions in clean energy, telecommunications, and high-growth technology firms.
